Linda McDowell is Professor of Geography at the University of Oxford, with interests in economic change, gender divisions of labour, migration, youth, embodiment, identity and feminist theory. She is leading a project on precarious work and political engagement among young men as part of the Oxford Diaspora Programme, funded by the Leverhulme Trust.
